TimeOut facilities at the Centre
 

The most significant component of the Centre, Serenity Cottage is a self contained residential unit comprising one double and one twin bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, a lounge and dining area and a bathroom and toilet designed, along with external access, for those confined to a wheelchair. All linen is provided. A folding bed is available. Only personal items and food need be brought.

Serenity Cottage is dedicated to provide Time Out for anyone referred to us, and accepted by us, by a recognised sponsoring organisation. People so referred to us may be solo parents, a married couple in a stressful relationship, individuals or families experiencing stress through violence, financial or any other form of social, ethical or material dysfunction.

Sponsoring Bodies

The Centre Management Committee keeps a register of reputable individual, church and community service organisations that have been recognised as sponsoring bodies. Agencies who are accepted as sponsors will be able to make bookings for Time Out accommodation for any of their patients, clients, or guests at a considerably subsidised rate.

Staff who are under stress may also be sponsored but are required to meet the same financial criteria as other clients who are referred to us.
