Holidays:
From the beginning of summer school holidays until after Waitangi Day/Weekend.
$100 per night for the first two people plus $10 per night for each
additional person
Summer:
From the beginning of Labour Weekend
until after Easter, all public holiday weekends and special event
weekends. $90 per night for the first two people plus $10 per night for each
additional person Winter:
After Easter until before Labour
Weekend excepting public holiday weekends etc.
$70 per night for the first two people plus $10 per night for each additional person
Advance bookings:
Advance bookings pencilled in will be confirmed with a deposit negotiated at the time of booking. Until confirmed, they show
as yellow on our booking calendar and may be applied for by anyone else.
Two Night Minimum:
Bookings are normally for a minimum of two nights. Our units are complete homes and involve a substantial cleaning contract.
One night stays are by special negotiation only.
IN and OUT: Units are available from 2pm on the first day to 10am on the day of departure
Time Out : Organisations wishing to become sponsors are invited to enquire for
terms and conditions.
